What is the Maximum Surprize CD?

The Maximum Surprize CD is a 20 minute presentation by John Motil (California State University Northridge) of a very intriguing computer science problem. Recently presented at SIGCSE 2002, interest spread beyond 200 quiz entries and into implementations in Java, Pascal and Ada. PSVM members can view the Maximum Surprize CD online here.
